Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all floral arrangements will:
- Arrive fresh and in good condition
- Match the style and design as discussed during consultation
- Be crafted using high-quality, seasonal blooms
- Be delivered at the agreed-upon time
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund of deposit
- Cancellations on the day of the event: No refund
Issues with Your Order
If you experience any issues with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the concern, which may include:
- Replacement of the arrangement
- Partial or full refund
- Credit toward future services
Please provide photos of any concerns to help us address the issue promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Custom design consultation fees (when applicable)
- Delivery and setup charges after service has been provided
- Arrangements that have been modified or altered after delivery
Natural Variations
Please note that flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance from images shown. Seasonal availability may require substitutions of equal or greater value. These natural variations are not grounds for a refund.
Rental Items
If you have rented vessels or containers from Chakrellyz:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of your event
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement value
